4. Payments

• Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold.
• Payments are made via the method selected during registration (e.g., bank transfer, mobile payment).
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving payments.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Use deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
• Bid on Dhaka Printing’s branded keywords in paid search campaigns.
• Use unauthorized promotional materials or modify our official content.
• Share false information about Dhaka Printing or its services.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
• Dhaka Printing reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities or any breach of these terms.

7. Confidentiality

• Affiliates must maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared by Dhaka Printing, including pricing, strategies, or customer data.

8. Changes to the Program

• Dhaka Printing reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Dhaka Printing is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
