2. Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the specified timeline due to an issue on our end.
3. Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled before production begins.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Errors in content provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, grammar, or design issues).
2. Delays caused by the customer, such as late approvals or submission of design files.
3. Customized items that meet the approved design and specifications.

Refund Process

1. Refund Request: Submit your refund request within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, reason for the request, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
2. Evaluation: Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
